DEE

Fabian ´Dee´ Dammers is a German guitarist and songwriter, widely recognized as the guitarist for Udo Dirkschneider’s U.D.O. and DIRKSCHNEIDER. Since joining the band in 2018, Dee has toured extensively across the USA, South America, Russia, Japan, Australia and Europe.

His contributions as both a performer and songwriter are showcased on U.D.O.’s albums We Are One (2020), Game Over (2021), Touchdown (2023). Additionally the band released a live album and DVD, Live in Plovdiv (2021) capturing their powerful performances on stage.

In 2022, Dee worked on Udo Dirkschneider’s first solo album, My Way, adding his signature guitar solos to tracks like We Will Rock You and Kein Zurück. In 2024, the BALLS TO THE WALL tour kicked off in South America, celebrating the album’s 40th anniversary. The legacy continues in 2025 with Balls to the Wall – Reloaded, featuring Dee’s guitar work and guest appearances from metal legends like Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), making it a star-studded tribute to this classic.

Dee’s career extends beyond U.D.O. and DIRKSCHNEIDER, with notable achievements such as touring with UK rock band The Treatment performing alongside legends like Aerosmith, Scorpions, and Alter Bridge. He has also performed in acclaimed musical productions, including ROCK OF AGES, ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, ABENTEUERLAND, FLASHDANCE and more. His band DIRTY D’SIRE, founded in 2016, has garnered over 10 million Spotify streams and released an album called We Own The Night.

As a solo artist, Dee debuted with Bubbly Joyride to Utopia (2020), an instrumental concept album that seamlessly blends a diverse range of genres, from rock and country to fusion and blues, creating a truly one-of-a-kind musical experience. German music magazine Gitarre & Bass featured Bubbly Joyride to Utopia as Album of the Month in May 2020 and wrote “the musical ideas, sounds, compositions, arrangements and production are absolutely world class. When was the last time I was so impressed by a Vai or Satriani album?”

In 2024, he launched his first instructional program, the Theory Basics Course, aimed at inspiring and educating the next generation of guitarists.

On May 15, 2026, Dee will release his second solo album, “Beyond the Shadows”.
